February 28, 2007 - My first money making activity today was exchanging 9.00 HRK in different coins for 10.00 HRK in paper money, giving me the profit of 1.00 HRK. Doubling balance in that moment was 252.52 HRK.

After that, my friend from work that was yesterday with me on a business meeting insist to participate in parking costs I have yesterday, and give me 25.00 HRK. Since I didn't expect his contribution to my parking costs I decided to add that 25.00 HRK to my doubling project. That increased my doubling balance to 277.52 HRK.

That's not all... I also received 5.00 HRK as donation to my doubling project, and finally I traded 0.52 HRK for 1.00 HRK. Final doubling balance for today is 283.00 HRK.

February 27, 2007 - Today I went to a business meeting with my car and park it in a parking garage. After the meeting I stop by parking meter to pay my parking fee. The parking for about 7 hours was 49.00 HRK. I insert 50.00 HRK banknote and got 1.00 HRK coin back. While I was picking my 1.00 HRK coin I found another one in the ejected coin box. I decided to add that 1.00 HRK coin to my doubling stake. I also decided to add to my doubling stake 1.00 HRK coin I received back from parking payment. That two coins increased my doubling balance to 248.00 HRK.

My mom gave me 2.02 HRK in different coins that she found in the local store in previous few days. So, that addition increased my doubling balance to 250.02 HRK.

In addition to all that, my wife donated 1.50 HRK to my doubling project and increased my doubling balance to 251.52 HRK.

After all that, I might say that this was a good day for my doubling project. :)

February 26, 2007 - Another donation to my doubling project. This time it is 6.00 HRK. Now my doubling balance is 246.00 HRK.

February 25, 2007 - I returned from my business trip on Friday. I managed to save 30.00 euros from my traveling allowance. That's about 222.00 HRK, and I decided to add 100.00 out of that to my doubling stake. That brings my doubling balance to 240.00 HRK. I took out 40.00 HRK out as my doubling profit and that brings my doubling balance to 200.00 HRK. Step 12 is completed! :)

February 21, 2007 - Just a quick post before I leave to a business trip. I just got 6.00 HRK as a donation for my doubling project. That brings my doubling balance to 140.00 HRK.

February 20, 2007 - Today I performed one coin trade. I traded 1.02 HRK in coins for 3.00 HRK in coins. That brings my doubling balance to 119.50 HRK.

I also added 14.50 HRK of donated money to my doubling stake. Thus, my current doubling balance is 134.00 HRK.

Tomorrow I go to a 3 days business trip to Graz, Austria. I decided to add to my doubling stake part of my traveling allowance that I will potentially be able to save. I will be coming back from Graz on Friday night, and I will report back how much I managed to save and how much I decided to add to my doubling stake. Hardly wait. :)

February 19, 2007 - Today I added 1.52 HRK of found money and 12.00 HRK of donated money to my doubling stake. Also, I did one trade... I traded 8.00 HRK in coins for 10.00 HRK in paper money. All that money making activities increased my doubling balance to 117.52 HRK.

February 17, 2007 - I donated 2.00 HRK I took out as a doubling profit in previous Step. So, my final doubling balance for today is 102.00 HRK.

February 17, 2007 - Today I added 10.00 HRK of donated money to my doubling stake. That increased my doubling balance to 102.05. I took out 2.05 as a profit of my doubling project which resulted in doubling balance of 100.00 HRK. BINGO! Step 11 is completed! Step 12 here I come. :)

February 16, 2007 - Since last post I added 1.65 HRK of found money to my doubling stake. That brings my doubling balance to 68.90 HRK. Also, I added 7.00 HRK of donated money to my doubling stake, increasing it to 75.90 HRK.

In addition I did two money trades. I can't speak about coin trades anymore, because paper money is now involved. I traded 8.85 HRK in different coins for 10.00 HRK in one bank note (profit of 1.15 HRK). I also traded two 20.00 HRK bank notes for one 50.00 HRK bank note, giving me profit of 10.00 HRK. That increased my doubling balance to 87.05 HRK.


Finally, I accepted to pay phone bill for my mom via internet banking for a small fee of 5.00 HRK. I did feel like some dirty profiteer, but hey, I have some serious doubling to do. :) That increased my doubling balance to 92.05 HRK.

After much thinking I decided that all kind of donations to my doubling stake are allowed in My Doubling Adventure. Not only that... I decided that I as well can donate money to my doubling stake. Also, any kind of money making activity can be part of my doubling project. It can be even related with my "real" life career or work. In a word anything that can add to my doubling stake is fine with me. In other words, I decided that I won't pay much attention to hidden resources rule. At least not very strictly. The number one part of my doubling project becomes set of doubling Steps, and I plan to stick to them religiously. Just to remind, the Steps are...

I feel much more comfortable with the new changes I made to my doubling rules. It seems that now they bring back focus to the main goal in my doubling project and that is to double my doubling capital and to increase my overall wealth. Let's get back to the Doubling. :)

February 06, 2007 - Yesterday I went to the auction office and pick up two items I won on their auctions - two hand made tablecloths, made by crocheting. My winning bids were 24.00 HRK and 15.00 HRK, so my total investment in those items were 39.00 HRK. Today I sold both tablecloths for 55.00, giving me the profit of 16.00 HRK or about 41%. Not bad. That increased my doubling balance to 66.00 HRK.

February 05, 2007 - My mom found 0.10 HRK coin, and I also found 0.10 HRK coin at work. Those two finds increased my doubling balance to 38.05 HRK.

I traded 5.00 HRK coin for 20.00 HRK banknote. That was second banknote ever in my doubling venture. That trade increased my doubling balance to 53.05 HRK.

I took out 1.85 HRK as a profit of my doubling activities, and my balance in that moment was 51.20 HRK. BINGO! Step 10 is completed. :)

February 02, 2007 - My wife found one 0.20 HRK coin at her work near the coffee machine (machine that works on coins). She took it and gave it to me for my doubling project. So, now I have an army of searchers that browse around and look for coins for my doubling project. :) Not bad, not bad at all. That increased my doubling balance to 31.60 HRK.

After the work I went to the store and redeemed 10 plastic bottles for 5.00 HRK. That increased my doubling balance to 36.60 HRK.

I planned to do few coin trades at work to speed up my progress toward completing Step 10, but didn't have much time for that. Will try to do the trades next week.

February 01, 2007 - My mom found 0.50 HRK coin in the local store and she gave it to me for my doubling project. So now my balance is 31.40 HRK.

Today I won one more item on the auction. It' s again hand made item, made by crocheting. This time it's small tablecloth. My winning bid was 24.00 HRK, and I plan to sell it for 40.00 HRK at least. I will go to the auction office tomorrow or probably on Saturday to pick up my item.
